My name is Victoria Martynenko.
I was born and studied in Ukraine in the city of Dnipro. I currently live in England.
Graduated from university with a degree in software engineering. At the same time, I studied computer graphics and design courses.
I like drawing, listening to music, and reading new scientific research on various topics.
Most of the time I worked as a 3D Artist in the field of Architectural Visualisation. You can see my work in my portfolio.
I have realised that I am satisfied with my achievements in the field of computer graphics and have decided to return to my main profession - programming, to be challenged and see new achievements.
I completed the SheCodes courses towards Front-end Web Developer and completed several projects during the course, which can be viewed in more detail on this page.

Working as a 3D artist taught me a lot. The need to work with different clients and tasks helped me develop the skills to identify needs, objectives and what final result the client expects to see from the work done.
I have experience both with customers directly and working in a team remotely and in the office.
Difficulties often arise at any stage of the work. When working remotely, you need to look for solutions on your own and you have to use a creative approach to solve the tasks.
The tech industry changes all the time, so I had to constantly learn new things on my own. In this way, you need to be able to properly plan your time.
For successful sales, I developed such skills as the ability to both listen and converse, understand the emotions of the client and adapt to their mood and needs, highlight the most important thing from everything and, based on all this data, offer the necessary product.
Working with objectives and finding non-trivial solutions and communicating the same with buyers in a way they can easily understand.
My first work experience was in Microsoft technical support. Working with clients who need help solving their problems. This helped develop my skills such as the ability to ignore emotional reactions, understand and listen to the problem, and find the best solution to the task at hand so that the client is satisfied and continues to use the product.
